Yoga is a process that will help you to think more clearly, breath more effortlessly and move more efficiently.
This is a down to earth yoga class that will enhance and complement any other training you do.
We focus on strength, balance, flexibility and breathing.
Everybody at any level is welcome.
- Wednesdays - 6:30pm women only
- Fridays - 7:30pm men and women
Members £2 - non members £5.50 - Member & guest £5
Wednesday's are a women only class.
Friday's are mixed for Men, women and couples.
